Cooling Towers, Bayswater Power Station, Hunter Valley, New South Wales
This project involved designing and constructing four cooling towers for this power station, using independent specialist designers.
FEATURES:
- 4 x 660 MW cooling towers
- each tower 132m high, with a 100m diameter base and 52m diameter top
- constructed using a patented climbing form system
- wall thickness from 190mm to 450mm
- 10,000cu.m of concrete per tower.
