Construction involved a single storey office complex to accommodate International Terminal tenants. Predominantly catering for airlines, the offices are located under the arrivals and departures ramps, immediately in front of the International Terminal building. Laing O'Rourke undertook the works under a Construct Only form of contract.
FEATURES:
Structural works included post-tensioned ground beams on existing ramp pile caps, precast floor, glass curtain walls and an alpolic facade.
BENEFITS:
The project was constructed on a restricted site adjacent to the International Terminal building. Laing O’Rourke worked closely with the client and consultants to achieve continuity and integration with existing terminal services, both in ground and from the terminal building itself.
