The Academic Support Building, or Library, is the main resource centre for the James Cook University, Cairns Campus.

FEATURES:

  • 3-level concrete structure with post-stress suspended slabs featuring sandstone walls, two lifts, extensive computer data networking and state-of-the-art electronic lighting systems
  • linked to the University via covered walkways with seating at transition points and exposed aggregate concrete pathways over a bridge leading back to the University
