CP3 will provide 13 levels of office accommodation, a plaza level including mezzanine, and three levels of basement car parking. It will join existing towers CP1 and CP2 and will integrate with the existing CP2 building.
Key challenges for the delivery team will include the complexity of the services trades, integration of the car park levels with CP2, and CBD location access and restriction issues.

- electromagnetic shielding under the roof slab to shield office equipment below
