The Trilogy on the Esplanade development primarily involved the construction of three towers. The initial contract comprised a 13-storey tower boasting 12 levels of one, two and three bedroom apartments, and one level of penthouses with balconies.
The subsequent contract involved the construction of two 12-storey residential towers boasting penthouses, owner occupier apartments and dual key hotel style apartments.
Major demolition works were also undertaken to clear the site of two existing buildings prior to commencement of the second contract. The final design and works connect the entire resort as one.
The development features resort pools, a health club / gym, administration offices, carpark levels, retail and extensive landscaping.
