Ben Hammond Complex

The Ben Hammond Complex Stage 2 Redevelopment involved the construction of new office and workshop buildings and building extensions to the Hudson Creek Control Centre.

The new office building was designed to achieve a 4-Star Green Star Building rating, which signifies ‘Australian Best Practice’ in Environmental Sustainable Design.

At the time of construction, this project represented the largest commercial project in the Northern Territory to incorporate ESD principles to achieve the 4-Star Green Star Building rating.
