 How have you achieved this reputation?

Stability comes from the people we have here. The name of the company is one thing, and I think there's an understanding of our position in the marketplace, But I think it's really the core people that we have here, that gives a level of comfort to our subcontractor base and client base. We’re the face of the company.

 How do you manage to work in a “live” environment?

We have a meeting on a monthly basis with the administration staff, and communicate with them regularly on a weekly basis on any activities that might impact.
