Our Ascenders Program is a two-year Graduate Development Program that has been designed for graduates specialising in:
- Construction Management
- Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering
- Quantity Surveying, or
- A related discipline.
The Program offers you the opportunity to work at a variety of project and office-based locations, in different roles, on a structured rotational basis. You’ll also participate in a residential-style learning and development program over the two years.
Ascenders typically commence work at the beginning of each calendar year. Applications open in March and close April 30, with interviewing scheduled to accommodate examination schedules.
Our graduate intake is not confined to the Ascenders Program.
From time to time, and depending on business requirements, we advertise for additional graduates from construction related disciplines, as well as those in Finance, Human Capital, Information Services and Marketing/Communications.
