Darwin luxury apartment complex Hastings over Mindil won two awards, including the top category, at the 2007 Territory Construction Association awards.

Laing O'Rourke designed and constructed the project which won the Presidents Award (the highest accolade) and the Multi-Residential category.

Hastings over Mindil, which was completed in 2006, consists of two eight-storey apartment blocks overlooking Darwin's Mindil beach.
