Norman Pack joined Laing O'Rourke in July 2008 as the company's Finance Director.

Norman holds extensive senior executive experience across global, multi-divisional organisations, and has a proven track record in delivering results within both General Management and Financial Management roles.

Before joining Laing O'Rourke, Norman worked for Tyco Fire and Security, where he performed the Finance Director role for the ANZ operating region.

Key responsibilities included the management of finance and accounting functions, and strategy formation with a focus on business improvement and growth across the group. Norman also provided leadership across the implementation and establishment of a strong working capital and cash focus, and refined annual operational performance reporting and measurement tools.

During the past 15 years he has also had significant roles with AGl, Tenix and Boral.
